second ten eighth thirumozhi

Summary

Krishna, beautiful as ever, is all attractive.
As a child, He is the darling of the people around Him.
Yasoda, though a foster mother, is greatly concerned
with protecting Krishna from evil eyes. She resorts
to traditional practices that would ward off evil
eyes cast on Him, so that He is protected from harmful
reactions to His health. AzhwAr recalls these
conversations in his pAsurams for us to enjoy!
